PRINTS
🫀Demand-Based Printing Information:
Print orders are demand-based. As Jemiarth operates as a small business, please allow 1-3 days within your purchasing date for production. Jemiarth uses Hong Kong post standard air mail without tracking for delivery. Please expect your order to be delivered within 7-14 business days if no complications ensue. If the customer requires the tracking option for prints, please contact Jemiarth directly before purchasing for price adjustment.
Jemiarth will not be liable for mail lost once in the hands of Hong Kong Post.
❤️ Print Quality:
Each print is printed with Laid 2/s, Pristine White 300gsm paper to achieve the most similar canvas-like texture for quality satisfaction.
💌 Refund Policy:
Depending on each case, if the mail is unopened yet the packaging is destroyed -- Please contact Jemiarth immediately upon receiving within 1-2 days for further consultation and negotiation. On a regular basis, Jemiarth is unable to accommodate for refunds or returns.

❤️ Sticker Order Inclusion and Quality:
Each order includes a the ordered holographic sticker pack, a hand written "Thank You" note, a Jesus fanart encouragement card and an extra sticker apart from the collection. All orders are personalised and hand packaged/delivered.

Originals
🌍 Negotiation and Shipping:
All original paintings are available for negotiation! Contact Jemiarth directly through email (ajemiarth@gmail.com) or through instagram for inquiries of Originals. Framing can be provided if requested and will act as an additional charge on top of the original price and shipping fee. All original artworks will have tracking information provided for the client. Preferred payment methods are Paypal and direct bank transfers.
Please note that Jemiarth will not be liable for mail lost once in the hands of Hong Kong Post.
NOTICE: Please note that unless the client provides a direct shipping option, Jemiarth is unable to ship any original artworks or framed originals to the United States of America due to the tariff laws in place between USA and Hong Kong, China. Until the tariff laws and restrictions are lifted, The artist apologises for any inconvenience caused to the interested clients based in USA.

All originals are packaged with secure water-proof packaging to avoid any shipping or water damages. Each original artwork or commission is included with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.

Custom commissions
🫀Ordering and Shipping Information:
Contact Jemiarth directly through email (ajemiarth@gmail.com) or through instagram to inquire whether commissions are open at the time of demand. Once the client has established communication with the artist, the pricing and shipping for physical commissions will be discussed based on size, material and concept. Shipment tracking information will be provided for all custom commissions delivered internationally.
If interested in digital images, the artist will only begin the commission once payment is received through PayPal or direct bank transfer. The completed digital commission will be sent through email for the best quality.
